Club Fit Kuwait

My New Year resolution for 2012 was to learn German. Yes you read it right, I wanted to learn to speak and write German. Why German in particular, don’t ask me it just came to my mind. Well it did not happen and fortunately a better resolution came to mind. Guess what???

 LOSING WEIGHT!!!!

I have been over weight nearly most of my life and i have tried all the techniques possible to lose weight except for one which is the easy way out and it is doing one of the slicing your stomach operations . Succeed with some techniques but for a short period. I would gain weight after stopping that dieting technique straight away. My new approach for losing weight was to eat whatever I want but make sure to control the quantity and try to exercise. To be honest I am a demanding person and can't accept going to ANY gym to do my exercising. I wanted a gym that:

1.       Has a personal trainer who was professional and knows what he is talking about

2.       Has people who motivate especially the trainer

3.       Was not far from my house and Has proper parking

4.       Has good equipment

5.       Was flexible with timings since I wanted a personal trainer

6.       Was not crowded with people so that I can use the equipment without waiting

7.       Has reasonable prices

8.       Is clean and properly maintained

9.        People subscribed in and got real results

10.   Has friendly people working in

Yes the above requirements are demanding but I found such a gym here in Kuwait. I bet you want to know which gym I am talking about. The gym I am talking about is called Club Fit.

Let me tell you a little about Club Fit and my experience with them. Club Fit is owned by a couple of Kuwaiti gentlemen. I was lucky to meet one of them who took the time to explain to me how Club Fit can help me achieve my goal. The gentleman was really respectful and supportive. One of the main reasons I joined Club Fit was because of this gentleman who explained to me how professional the trainers in the gym were. There are basically a total of five trainers who had some degree on training and sports. Most of the trainers are British who graduated from top sports universities in Britain. After chatting with the Kuwaiti gentleman and I got convinced of joining the gym a session was booked for me to do a fitness test to measure my fitness which was horribly bad. A Welsh trainer was assigned to be my personal trainer. The trainer tried to understand my fitness level, my goal, my eating life style, and any conditions I had. In other words the trainer did not jump into training me straight away but took the time to understand my case. After the fitness   session the trainer told me the plan he had in mind and how we can work together to achieve my goal. The trainer was really supportive and a good motivator, just what I was searching for. So now I have completed a week of training and I have lost Kilos but I am not going to say how much so that no one can envies me. ;) .In conclusion I HIGHLY recommend joining this Gym because of the main reasons I mentioned above.

Mercedes SLS

Good day everyone. It has been a while since we posted any article on this blog. The reason for that is simple. WE ARE ALL BUSY WITH LIFE. Anyhow I was sick for a couple of days and it took me 6 days to realize that I could post on our beloved blog. I decided to post about the Mercedes SLS. I am not a sport cars fan but this car is something else. I can’t stop thinking about it. I know it is fast and stylish but one interesting fact about this car is that it has actual TNT in both doors. YES you read it right TNT. Now let me test you guys who are in love with sport cars. WHY TNT in both doors???

I will post the answer for the question above in a few days time. As for me posting, I think I will start again and hope that the rest of the gang do the same. Hope you liked this post and I wish everyone a wonderful day.

Zain Kuwait introduced an Iphone app especially designed to support their customers.I personally tried it and liked it a lot. Some of the features of this wonderful app are: 1. veiw and pay bills, 2. Credit transfer. 3. locate Zain's many branches all over kuwait. 4. Veiw latest promotions and offers etc.. well done Zain on being the first telecom operator in Kuwait to provide this app hoping to see the same app for the Blackberry and other smart phones.

Chalet Hala Supports (NUQAT- VISUAL POLLUTION)

Nuqat, firstly known as "Nuqat Ala Al Huroof", started off with one objective in mind and that is "to develop arab creativity on all levels" be it in design, advertising, architecture, fashion, production, and all the multi-creative fields.

The first consortium occurred in May 2009 with a focus on arabic branding and copywriting. This year, the 2010 edition is focusing on Visual Pollution, in which we are trying to integrate several graphic design and architecture disciplines together in the aim to move the bar one level up.

This morning I was on my way to work and as i was exiting Qurtoba i saw three huge trucks from Kuwait Fire Department. Apparently they were rushing on their way to put out a fire. I was thinking all day about a fireman's job and came to a conclusion that they are true heroes. imagine all the incidents they have to go thru in order to save a human life. I thought the least I can do to appreciate their hard and heroic work was to write about them and say THANK YOU.

Zain's Iftar Saem Tents

Zain Kuwait, the leading telecommunication operator in Kuwait, has set up three tents for its giving back to the community program. The tents provided delicious meals for the people fasting during the holy month of Ramadan. The tents where placed in highly populated areas (Khaitan, Amgarah, and Fahaheel). This program has been going on for the past 5 years with an increasing number of meals each year that reached up to 2000 meals per day in Ramadan 2010. It has been recorded that Zain Kuwait distributed 30,000 meals the previous year and is estimating to distribute 60,000 meals this year. Zain’s employees from all the departments volunteered to organize this event which shows their sprit of belonging. Thank you Zain for your endless support to the Kuwaiti community.

I have always wanted to buy a mini cooper. Its just a car that brings joy to my heart. Never had the chance to go and see what is the car's price range. i bet that they are expensive because of all the options it has. I had the pleasure of driving a mini cooper sidewalk nearly a year ago and it was something out of this world. when you drive it you feel like driving a remote controlled car. so much fun to drive this car. the new mini countryman will be released in 2011. one day inshala i will buy one.
